Sioux City Foundry is an experienced Iron Casting Foundry with a long history of providing quality products and exceptional customer service. We have been providing high quality, competitively priced castings for over 140 years. We specialize in gray, ductile, austempered ductile and ni-hard iron castings.

Sioux City Foundry customers come from a variety of industrial, engineering, decorative, architectural, and government sectors. Our customers are as unique as their specific needs. New furnaces, installed in 2009, provide faster melt times, which allow us to complete your order quicker and within budget.

We have the capability to pour and repair custom iron castings from a few ounces to a few tons, ten castings to ten thousand castings. We produce various mold sizes with green sand molding processes utilizing Hunter, Squeezer, and Rota-Lift systems, as well as the Flaskless no-bake molding system. We also have the capability to produce oil sand, shell sand, isocure, and no-bake cores.
