Job Description: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Review customer prints, specifications, and technical requirements. Recommend casting solutions that meet customer needs while optimizing manufacturability and cost. Prepare quotations and follow projects from concept through production. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed. Stay current on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Required Experience: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. 3+ years of technical sales, manufacturing, or engineering experience. Experience with metal castings, foundry operations, machining, or industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred.
